I finally made homemade graham crackers after dreaming about it for months! The recipe came from Deb at the Smitten Kitchen (I adore her!) and it was perfect. They tasted exactly like graham crackers… but much, much better. Rolling them out and cutting them with a pastry wheel was fun, and once they were a few days old and had dried out a bit, I smashed some up and made a graham cracker pie crust.

Now I want to make them again to have the homemade smores party I’ve been fantasizing about, complete with homemade marshmallows, raspberries and good chocolate. Someday soon…
